Special Education Advocacy for Exceptional Children in South Carolina

Partnership Carolina turns evaluations, school data, and IEP or 504 meetings into clear, actionable supports that protect access and keep your child’s strengths visible.

How Partnership Carolina Supports Families

Partnership Carolina provides virtual special education advocacy services statewide across South Carolina, serving families in metropolitan and rural districts across the Upstate, Midlands, and Lowcountry.

Partnership Carolina leverages preparation, documentation, and data to support all SC students as they achieve challenging goals and objectives. The uniquely complex developmental, functional, social-emotional, and academic needs of individual children should always be met with high expectations and dignity. Evaluations along with school or private records are used to make clear, well-supported requests so that your child’s IEP or 504 reflects meaningful goals, data-driven measurable supports, and appropriately ambitious educational planning.

How it Works

  1. Start Client Intake (share your goals, timeline, and key records)
